Studio Rules of Use
By subscribing to a plan and using the studio, the student agrees to the rules below, created to ensure an organised, safe and fair experience for everyone.
1) Plans and classes included
1.1. The studio offers plans of 1, 2, 3, or 4 classes per week.
1.2. For app management purposes, plans generally correspond to the following number of classes per month: 1x/week = 4 classes 2x/week = 8 classes 3x/week = 12 classes 4x/week = 16 classes.
1.3. Exceptionally, in months with 5 weeks, we may make additional classes available so scheduling can run smoothly (for example, on the 2x/week plan, up to 10 classes may be available that month). These extra classes are a courtesy from the studio, valid only in those months, cannot be used/transferred to 4-week months, and do not automatically carry over to future months.
1.4. If you cannot attend in a given week, you may make up those classes in the following weeks, as long as your membership remains active and paid up to date and there is availability.
2) Timetable, bookings, cancellations and no-shows
2.1. Timetables are flexible and classes can be booked in the app up to 15 minutes before the start time.
2.2. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 60 minutes before the class, so students on the waiting list have time to organise themselves and arrive at the studio.
2.3. Classes not cancelled within the deadline (including no-shows) are considered used/forfeited, as the spot was reserved.
2.4. Only 1 class per day may be booked per student.
3) Waiting list
3.1. In high-demand time slots, and in exceptional weeks, a waiting list may be available, although we limit enrolments to avoid this as much as possible.
3.2. When you join the waiting list, if someone cancels and a spot becomes available, the system will send you an email notification. We also recommend checking the app about 1 hour before the class.
4) Payments and grace period
4.1. To ensure continuity of bookings, the monthly fee must be paid within the due date.
4.2. There is a 7-calendar-day grace period for payment after the end/renewal date during this period, the system may still allow bookings. After that, bookings may be restricted until payment is up to date.
5) Student details, insurance and photo
5.1. For insurance purposes and related obligations, the following details are required: full name, address, tax ID number (NIF), and date of birth. Without this information, we may not be able to activate/guarantee insurance coverage.
5.2. A profile photo in the app is recommended so teachers can recognise students and personalise the coaching.
6) Additional information (transparency and customer support)
6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and only for purposes necessary to provide the service (class management, invoicing, insurance and customer support).
